include works on paper created with charcoal, colored pencil, conte crayon, graphite, pen & ink and pastels. Book arts is also included in this category.

Folk and Traditional
Folk and Traditional

include two and three-dimensional works that often reflect characteristics of ethnic, religious, linguistic, occupational and/or regional groups.

Mixed Media
Mixed Media

include two and three-dimensional works that are created with significant amounts of several different materials. Also, a work that is basically two-dimensional may have a significant aspect that is three-dimensional and visa versa.

Paintings
Paintings

includes work created with acrylic, gouache, oil, tempera and watercolor paint. Although canvas has traditionally been the structure for painting, it can also be executed on various types of paper.

Photography
Photography

includes printed images recorded by a camera [film and/or digital] and camera recorded images that are manipulated by computer.

Print Making
Print Making

includes the process that creates a lithograph, intaglio, monoprint, relief print, serigraph and a computer generated image. The work is usually printed on paper. Giclee prints would be included in this category.

Sculpture
Sculpture

includes three-dimensional work that is often large in scale. It can be created from clay, glass, cast and fabricated metal, plastic, stone and concrete, wood and mixed media. The work can be utilitarian or not.
